A summer knit for 'round the campfire! This is an easy, quick knit and fits very nicely. I knit the 0-6 month size because the pattern is written for a roomy fit. The yarn is Spud and Chloe Sweater in 'Moonlight' knit on US 6 circulars. I reallyreallyreally like the finished knit. I took a gray-striped t-shirt from my older daughter (which she had outgrown) and cut it down into a baby dress to wear with the cardigan. The fit isn't bad, but I still have a hard time gathering knit fabric. Fortunately, I have loads of old t-shirts on which to practice!
(Yes, I got the grass out of her mouth before she ate it.)
I'm hoping to work on the children's end of the year folders this afternoon! This is such a great idea from Sarah! I interviewed them with pictures on the first day of school this year and then again last week. It's a nice way to gather together all we've done this year. I think they will love them and it really lets me see how much we accomplished. I can't figure out a way to post any of it since I don't post the children's faces here (a policy that works for me and one I also loathe because y'all, they are really cute kids).
