I might have to insist that you make them as well. I don't really care for biscuits or sweet potatoes, but these were the best I've had. Very tender, slightly sweet with a little kick from the cayenne. I used White Lily Flour which I swear by for pies and biscuits. The only thing I would do differently would be to roll them a little thicker. This one is a keeper!
I just made these to top a veggie stew last wk... oh my goodness, sooo good! And my girls ate so many. Definitely a keeper!

I don't really like biscuits at all, but I love sweet potatoes and the boys in my house love biscuits, so I'll have to try these. Love the leaf shape.

Thank you for breakfast, Jen! I came downstairs and was at a loss as to what to make as we are out of eggs, and then I remembered these and the leftover sweet potatoes in the fridge. I used cinnamon instead of cayenne and upped the (brown) sugar just a tad. Most delicious! Everyone loved them! Thank you!!!
